I wish I wasn't writing this, but we are devastated. After taking our cat to Cats Only for a routine dental cleaning last Tuesday, the hospital performed 23 unauthorized tooth extractions without our consent or prior approval or knowledge until after the fact. They ignored professional protocols regarding informed consent and basic care standards. Ten days later, we had to euthanize our beloved cat due to the complications and negligence resulting from this significant, unauthorized procedure. We are writing this just 30 minutes after saying goodbye to him. If your cat needs anything beyond a flea collar or a basic evaluation, I urge you to go elsewhere. Their negligence cost our cat his life. Please protect your pets and take them somewhere that respects both the animal and the owner's authorization. A place this is less focused on charging you 4x what you authorized and more focus on providing quality care. They killed my cat!

I brought my male cat turbo to get neutered and shots done I warned them he was a little mean lol but they did a wonderful job dealing with him and taking extremely good care of him he may not have been a happy cat at that time but the staff here did a wonderful job taking care of my baby and I also brought my other cat in to get some shots and they worked wonderfully with her too everything was explained to me properly the at home care was explained wonderful jared made sure I had every question answered every time I asked something everyone else I spoke to while I was there was very nice I would definitely recommend anyone I know with a cat to go there I will definitely be bringing my babies back there if I could give more than 5 stars I would give 100 stars I just want to thank the whole staff again for taking good care of my babies
