I brought my bearded dragon here since he wasn’t feeling well. My visit was four hours total and cost me almost $800. I left optimistic that my beardie would be okay since I was told it was probably just constipation. I was told the vet consulted another exotic vet about the situation as well. I was also told that his X-rays were clear. They tried to run bloodwork twice but both times the machine was done/not working which I find unacceptable. I finally got home from the vet after 10pm. My beardie passed away by the morning. Heartbroken, confused, livid - all an understatement of the emotions I felt. We called the vet and a new one answered. He reviewed my beardies files and said he had pneumonia which was clear based off the X-rays. If it was on the X-rays why was I told his X-rays were clear? Why was I given false hope? Why was he misdiagnosed? Why did TWO vets look at this while I was there and tell me he was probably just constipated. WHY am I missing my baby. To hear his illness wasn’t taken seriously broke my heart. He may have been just another patient to you guys but he was so much more than that to me. I should’ve known they were incompetent when I brought my beardie here because he had a black beard. As the lady is giving me him back, she goes, “he’s mad at us for giving him shots. You can tell because his beard is black.” GIRL WHAT? Did no one look at his file? And see that is the exact reason why I was so concerned and brought him??? I’m offered a partial refund IF it gets approved. A partial refund. His cremation cost me $190. They didn’t offer to help with any of this. Your misdiagnosis should be labeled what it really was - negligence. Almost 1k later and staple in my life for 9 years is gone just like that. I didn’t even get to say a proper goodbye. I will be filing a complaint. I wouldn’t trust this place with a pet rock. You broke my heart.

I don’t really know where to begin with how grateful I am we chose this hospital to help us in our time of need. We drove from PA in the middle of the night for our sweet duck baby and they helped us through the whole way. While I wish we had a better outcome the staff here was so kind and compassionate to us I truly can’t express how thankful I am that we ended up in your care. Your facility is a very special place. I’m sorry we had to meet under these circumstances but you helped us through the worst night of our lives and I am eternally greatful. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
